...and it's also signed and delivered, transferring eight lots in Empire Park from Empire Electric Cooperative to the Mancos Public Library. The 25-foot by 138-foot lots were one the site of a coal-fired generating plant that provided electricity for residents of Mancos; now the land will generate a new library for the Mancos community.
